DocBernard Computing 5 Day Limited Warranty

We offer a limited shipping damage or defective components warranty. The warranty set forth below is exclusive and in lieu of all others, oral or written, expressed or implied. This warranty applies to DocBernard LLC products (limited to only prebuilt PCs, the hardware of custom configured PCs, and the hardware of bespoke design PCs) and lasts 5 days from the date the PC product was delivered to the customer as reported by the shipping service (for example, USPS delivery confirmation or other shipping service) and allows for replacement or repair of the ordered product. For replacement of non-functioning hardware or damaged during shipping hardware, DocBernard LLC will cover the cost of shipping the product back to DocBernard LLC for evaluation, and the customer may return the product to DocBernard LLC for evaluation after requesting a return by email at docbernardmanagment@gmail.com. If the product was damaged during shipping to the customer, DocBernard LLC requires photographs of the damage be included in the email request for return. If evaluation of the faulty or damaged hardware by DocBernard LLC reveals the defect or damage fits the criteria for replacement or repair as detailed in this warranty below, DocBernard LLC will additionally cover the cost of the replacement parts, labor, and reshipping to the customer. This warranty is limited and only applies to normal use of the product. DocBernard LLC is not liable for damage or defect resulting from the following: misuse, abuse, neglect, improper installation, disasters (such as flood, lightning, fire, or improper electrical current), service or modification of the PC performed by anyone outside of DocBernard LLC. Exclusions to this warranty include: issues caused by user error, software related issues (outside of the original software installed by DocBernard LLC), modifications made to the PC by the customer including but not limited to replacing components, overclocking, undervolting, BIOS updating, OS updating, software installation, data loss. This warranty is limited and only intends to cover defective hardware and products damaged during shipping and does not apply to custom configuration or bespoke design services. Except as specifically allowed for in this warranty, DocBernard LLC is not liable for any loss, cost, inconvenience, or damage that may result from purchase or use of this product.
