Return, Replacement, & Refund Policy

A refund may only be granted if the ordered product is non-functioning or damaged when delivered to the customer as defined in the DocBernard Computing 5 Day Limited Warranty. Prebuilt PCs meeting the warranty criteria for return are eligible for replacement, repair, or full refund; PCs created using custom configuration or bespoke design services that meet the warranty criteria for return are eligible for replacement or repair but are never eligible for a refund. Products created using custom configuration and bespoke design services are labor intensive and created uniquely for the customer, and therefore not eligible refunds. In addition, please note the following: (i) Products can be returned only in the country in which they were originally purchased; and (ii) the following products are not eligible for refund: custom configuration and bespoke design consulting services. Please be sure you inspect your PC upon delivery and have planned time to use it within five days of delivery. It is the responsibility of the customer to understand the product being ordered including performance expectations and limitations, and therefore DocBernard LLC accepts no responsibility if the ordered product does not met customer expectations. If a customer requests a refund of an accidentally or incorrectly ordered product before the product has shipped, the customer will be refunded the final purchase amount minus any transaction fees incurred during the original payment.
