    Domestic US shipping is Free. DocBernard Computing ships our prebuilt PCs within 1-3 business days of order with full shipping insurance. Shipping times vary by destination and can be estimated at checkout (typically 2-6 business days). At this time, we only ship within the USA, but we are looking to expand internationally in the future (see FAQ for more info).

  • Returns & 5 Day Limited Warranty

    We offer a limited shipping damage or defective component warranty. Simply put, we give you 5 days from the date your PC is delivered by the shipping service to ensure that your PC is in full working condition. If you have any issues during this period with the function of the PC or damage from shipping, DocBernard Computing will cover the cost of replacement and return shipping as detailed in our full warranty (see here).
