Service Description
Book a time with DocBernard to discuss what is the best PC option for your child or loved one. We'll help you decide on a prebuilt PC, custom configuration, bespoke design, or to build one at home yourself. After booking, you will receive an email with details for your video call with DocBernard. Note: If you decide to purchase a PC from us, the $10 consultation fee will be deducted from the price of your new PC. Deduction applicable for prebuilt PC, custom configuration, bespoke design, and ultimate custom PC purchases.
Cancellation Policy
No refunds are given for canceled or missed appointments. You can reschedule at no additional cost by contacting us no later than 24 hours before the appointment. Rescheduling within 24 hours of an appointment or attending the meeting more than 5 minutes late is considered a missed appointment and requires a second booking fee.
