Service Description
This service combines the services of Custom Configuration and Bespoke Designs. Book a time with DocBernard to discuss what you're looking for in your next PC, both performance and aesthetics. After booking, you will receive an email with details for your video call with DocBernard. Note: If you decide to purchase an Ultimate Custom PC, Bespoke Design, or Custom Configuration with us, the $60 consultation fee from this session will be deducted from the price of your new PC.
Cancellation Policy
No refunds are given for canceled or missed appointments. You can reschedule at no additional cost by contacting us no later than 24 hours before the appointment. Rescheduling within 24 hours of an appointment or attending the meeting more than 15 minutes late is considered a missed appointment and requires a second booking fee.
